Is one person really free?: Yes: no card, no expiry, no time limit. One person can run 100 jobs, 100 estimates, and 100 invoices a month.
What free includes
Can I bring data from my old software?: Yes. Imports from ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber and four more, or any spreadsheet, and an import can be rolled back.
